This is the first book in the Oven Ready project from Victoria Harley.

The project documents the craft and personalities of real bread bakers across Europe. This volume covers The Haxby Bakehouse, Cloughjordan Woodfired Bakery, Tilburg Sourdough and The Phoenix Bakery.

Each book is individually numbered and comes in a hand printed Love Your Baker envelope.
